03/28/2011The problem has been identified with the HIS Shadow database being out of synchronization with the HIS Primary database. Corrective actions are planned for tonight. The data in the CSDW is impacted by this loss of Billing Tx Charge Detail data. Approximately 25% of the Charge Detail rows are missing and this can impact query results for any query which includes data on billing information.
03/25/2011The extract for the Health Information Systems Billing Tx Charge Detail Table is incomplete. A failure occurred on the HIS DB while extracting RSC 144. HP and Net Smart have been contacted to correct the problem.
03/17/2011CPPS Data is not available until further notice. Using current CPPS reports may not produce valid results. CSDW team is working to resolve this issue.

03/14/2011The extract for the Health Information Systems Billing Tx Charge Detail Table is incomplete. An error occurred in the HIS Database while extracting RSC 149 which stopped the extract. A ticket is open with HP and Net Smart to assist in resolving the issue.
03/01/2011Last evening's extraction encountered errors on all tables. The extraction process has been restarted. Until complete only data in the HIS Monthly table for 201101 is available. We regret the inconvenience. The extraction and load is projected to run at least four hours and complete no sooner than early afternoon.

10/15/2010ITS is working on Datawarehouse Server Maintenance and has scheduled a downtime from 8AM to 12 afternoon on Sunday 17th Oct. The Query tool will not be operational during those hours.

07/12/2010The database migration completed successfully over the weekend. All regular scheduled data loads have been completed and the CSDW is up and functional for use.
07/07/2010The CSDW Team will be performing a hardware migration beginning Friday July 9. The migration will create availability issues with the CSDW. 05/20/2009Current Central Registry data for 05/19/2009 is not loaded in the data warehouse. The latest data available in datawarehouse for Central Registry is as of 05/18/09. The Datawarehouse team is working with the Central Registry team to resolve the Central Registry load issues.
03/09/2009Incorrect data for February 2009 (Report Month 200902) was loaded into the SIS_Daysheet (monthly) table on March 6, 2009. This data has been removed from the table. The correct data will be loaded today by 3:00 PM. CSDW Users who ran queries using this table for February 2009 data between Friday March 6 and today should discard or disregard their results and re-run the queries after the data is replaced. This message will be updated after the table is re-loaded.

07/08/2008At 7:00 PM this evening ITS will be executing an emergency change on its physical infrastructure at the Raleigh ITS Data Center. This change is critical and is being implemented to mitigate the potential risk of an unplanned total power outage to the DataCenter. Implementing this change will require that all application servers as well as the mainframe be brought down. We are advising all agencies that host applications at the ITS Data Center to shut down these applications by 5:30 PM today.
